Booking and cancellation policies
B & B Apulia Dream is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Check In is from 16:00 to 21:00 and Check Out is before 10.30am.
Booking confirmation policy
The booking will be confirmed by sending 30% of the amount of the entire booked stay. This amount, paid as a deposit, must be received within 7 days of the date of the confirmation email of the reservation. The balance of the reservation will be made at check in.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation or no show (no arrival) will be charged, as a penalty, the amount of the deposit paid. Changing a confirmed reservation will only be granted with the sending by e-mail containing all the details of the new reservation.
Payments
For non-refundable rates, the total amount of your stay will be charged as a deposit at the time of booking confirmation; For other types of rates, 30% of the total amount of the stay will be required for confirming the reservation.
